Your Personal Trainer, Angela Power, can facilitate One-to-0ne sessions outdoor or indoor as well as group sessions for you and your friends.

She will keep you motivated and focussed on achieving your goals whether it is losing body fat, toning or building muscle.

We offer personal training to both male and female clients,

from 16-65 years old.

 

Before creating your personal programme we help you clearly define your goals and realistic achievable timescales.

We will help to keep you motivated and will regularly reassess the programme in order to ensure you keep focussed and that the plan is effective.
